Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 1-2 years of experience or internships with a construction organization.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Partners with other Engineers, Project Managers and/or Superintendents to coordinate and distribute all project information.
• Works with the project team to ensure all contract documents, including logs are up to date in real time.
• Ensures status reports on RFIs, submittals and other documents are prepared and presented.
• Creates PCIs in CMiC, issues RFQs and reviews quotes from trades, assists in preparation of ATP and OCOS.
• Participates in reviewing scopes of work for bid packages.
