Renewable Energy Systems Ltd in the United States is seeking a Field Engineer I to support EPC and BOP projects in the utility and renewable energy sectors. You will track construction activities, ensure safety and quality, and travel to project sites as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, or a related engineering degree, and a willingness to travel up to 100%. You will collaborate with multiple teams, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED Required.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering or construction management (or equivalent) or 2 years equivalent and relevant work experience, required.
• 1+ year of experience in BESS, Substation, Transmission, and/or renewable energy EPC contract experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate construction activity tracking while maintaining safety and quality.
• Support EPC and BOP projects across multiple locations; travel to project sites as required.
• Assist with permitting, environmental inspections, and adherence to permit conditions.
• Review schedules and budgets; support 3-week lookaheads and resource tracking.
• Coordinate procurement of labor, equipment, and materials; track time and production quantities.
• Maintain documentation including POD reports and foreman handbooks.
• Communicate with clients professionally to maintain relationships.
