Job summary

Conductor Power is seeking a Field Engineer to support renewable energy projects, including planning, implementation, and field maintenance. The role blends technical expertise with project management and hands-on fieldwork on substations and solar EPC initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5+ years in renewable energy, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel up to 100% while working on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an associate degree with Renewable Energy experience; 5+ years in field preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical docs, safety regulations, and perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate renewable energy construction projects including site evaluations and quality control to meet specs and safety standards.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for long-term performance.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain project documentation such as logs, reports, punch lists, and maintenance files.
• Promote safety and support subcontractor oversight and other duties as assigned.
