Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years experience supporting hydraulic fracturing operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to interpret pressure, rate, volume, and concentration data.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical oversight for hydraulic fracturing operations.
• Support treatment design, planning, and evaluation of stimulation treatments.
• Configure and verify data acquisition systems prior to treatment operations.
• Review pre-job fluid and proppant test results and ensure materials meet specs.
• Track chemical and proppant inventory and communicate replenishment needs.
• Monitor treating pressure, pumping rates, fluid volumes, and concentrations during treatment.
• Identify deviations from approved designs and communicate concerns.
• Prepare stage reports, treatment summaries, and post-job reports.
• Provide mentorship to technicians and junior engineers.
