Alpine Energy is seeking an experienced Shop Mechanic in El Reno, OK. You will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild diesel engines, frac pumps, and hydraulic systems in a shop setting.

You’ll use CAT ET, MTU DiaSys, Cummins INSITE, and FIIX CMMS to diagnose issues and maintain precise maintenance records. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in hydraulic fracturing maintenance, a formal technical degree, and a strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial technology, diesel technology or related technical field.
• 3-5+ years of maintenance experience in hydraulic fracturing or oilfield services.
• Experience with CAT ET, MTU DiaSys, Cummins INSITE, and FIIX CMMS.
• Knowledge of safety, DOT, and environmental regulations related to oilfield equipment.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, rebuild, and repair diesel engines, high-pressure pumps, hydraulic systems, and related equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, basic electrical, and pneumatic issues using diagnostic tools and documentation.
• Disassemble, inspect, rebuild, and reassemble engines, pumps, transmissions, and hydraulic components as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records and CMMS documentation; ensure equipment readiness for field deployment.
