You'll be the technical face of our products in customer environments, handling everything from initial deployment through ongoing support. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent customer communication abilities, and a willingness to travel to customer sites. You'll also own user manual development and coordinate customer feedback back to our product development teams.**Security Clearance:**Requires a Secret Clearance.Qualified applicants may be subject to a security investigation and must meet minimum qualifications for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship is required.
