Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer Helper to support field crews in establishing layouts from contract documents, including ducts, pipes, elevations, sleeves, wall layouts and hangers.

You will learn Trimble equipment and work closely with Layout Technicians and the VDC team to grow into a fully qualified Field Engineer. The role involves field work and collaboration across trades with opportunities for hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must possess good work ethic and be accountable for deadlines.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Ability to work and communicate with others.
• Must have a satisfactory driving record, criminal record, and ability to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Working in a field environment.
• Assisting field crews and customers with layout.
• Ability to use Trimble software and hardware.
• Maintaining equipment on a daily basis and staying current with the annual calibration.
• Performs other duties as assigned
