Responsibilities

• Construct safe, high-quality projects with the project team and field management, while aiming to beat estimate budgets and grow operating margin.
• Assist the Project Engineer with shop drawings, submittals, scheduling of subcontractors and materials, meetings, and as-built drawings.
• Track quantities daily and reconcile monthly for payment purposes.
• Review foremen's reports daily to ensure accurate information before entries.
• Document all Time and Material operations on capture sheets and reconcile with client daily.
• Conduct two site walks per day to learn from foremen and superintendents.
• Participate in daily huddles to ensure timely and profitable construction.
• Build strong client relationships and coordinate with inspectors as needed.
• Assist with buyout, requisition writing, and supplier negotiations per company procedures.
• Produce complete purchase orders after PM approval.
• Attend subcontractor coordination meetings and update schedules, drawings, and specs.
