Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in a related field (construction management, engineering, architecture preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 8–12 months of field engineer/coordinator experience or internships counted as experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with supervisors and subcontractors; problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead inspections and orientations; enforce health and safety practices.
• Coordinate with the superintendent on workforce planning and scheduling.
• Support project engineers and superintendents in leading trade contractors and handling RFIs, shop drawings, changes, and billings.
• Assist in self-perform scopes, labor tracking and quantity tracking for Labor Cost Reports (LCRs).
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all project partners and stakeholders.
