Job summary

The LiRo Group is seeking a Field Engineer for our MTA NYC project sites in New York. You will supervise field inspections and oversee contractor construction activities at multiple transit locations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

We require a minimum of 5 years’ experience, prior MTA work, and certifications including NYCT Track Safety and MTA PMG 123. Weekend work and diverse civil/architectural backgrounds are valued. Competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field engineering experience.
• Must have prior MTA work experience.
• Current NYCT Track Safety class certification.
• Current MTA PMG 123 certification.
• Electrical / Mechanical / Civil, Architectural discipline.
• Must be willing and able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee contractor construction activities at MTA NYC Transit station locations.
• Field Office: Hillside Ave., Queens; Sites: 7th Ave., Brooklyn / East 149th St. Bronx / 179th St., Jamaica Queens.
