Qualifications

• Experience inspecting outside plant construction and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Ability to coordinate with municipalities, agencies, customers and residents during construction.
• Proficient documentation of job sites, conditions and work in progress.
• Knowledge of safety practices on field construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Address outside plant construction issues by assessing, planning, and developing proposals to solve them.
• Uphold Bluepeak standards for outdoor plant construction and related processes.
• Communicate with municipalities, agencies, customers, and residents about ongoing work.
• Ensure documentation of sites and conditions is accurate, complete and timely.
• Review permits and ROW documentation for safety and design compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on project progress.
• Conduct site surveys and walks, observe safety standards, and support site safety assessments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
