Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Field Engineer to support data center and mission-critical construction projects across the country. This safety‑sensitive role emphasizes field work, coordination with project engineers, and documentation in a fast-growing national builder.

You will contribute to layout, quality control, and progress tracking while mentoring interns and collaborating with owners, engineers and trade partners to ensure contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective communication with project teams and stakeholders.
• Positive and teachable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinates with Project Engineers and Field Superintendents to support field operations.
• Survey/layout to support installations and lift drawings.
• Participates in quality control programs and project meetings.
• Ensures access to current contract documents, submittals, RFIs, and drawings.
• Reports field issues promptly to project leadership.
• Maintains accurate as-built drawings and weekly progress records.
• Manages safety documentation and field permits.
• Trains and mentors interns and new Field Engineers.
• Builds rapport with owners, engineers, and trade partners while ensuring contractual compliance.
