Job summary

Nox Group is seeking Journeyman Electricians to support major data center, industrial, and mission-critical projects in the Southwest. You will drive safety-focused electrical construction and directly manage field tasks on diverse sites across commercial and industrial facilities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electrical construction, strong NEC/OSHA knowledge, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work at varying heights. Overtime and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Proficient with NEC and OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Drive a growth-motivated and safety-first culture.
• Direct electrical construction work for assigned projects.
• Resolve escalated field issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Field Leadership to maintain project flow and schedule.
• Enforce NEC local codes and stay updated on industry changes.
• Interpret drawings, plans and determine required tools and procedures.
• Install conduit, make terminations and test systems for safety.
