Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Technical Engineer - Electrical to support the construction of challenging projects across the country. You will bridge the gap between design and field, reviewing designs for code compliance and constructability, and driving RFIs/submittals with precision.

In this role you will work with engineering subconsultants and field personnel to ensure designs are built as intended, oversee design-build scopes, and contribute to enterprise engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering design or construction.
• Familiarity with design-build, design-assist, or delegated design project delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Identify design gaps and constructability issues before field release.
• Serve as the primary engineering resource bridging design and field operations.
• Review electrical design documents for code compliance and constructability.
• Manage RFIs and submittals, ensuring timely turnaround.
• Support design-build, delegated design, and design‑assist scopes with subconsultants.
• Collaborate with field superintendents and trade partners to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain structured technical records and enterprise documentation standards.
• Deliver internal technical training and contribute to engineering standards.
