Job summary

The Field Engineer at Willmeng Construction, Inc. supports the Superintendent in a hands-on, team-focused environment to ensure projects start on time and stay on budget while meeting Willmeng’s quality standards.

You will promote site safety, stay current with day-to-day field operations, and coordinate sequencing, materials procurement, and supervision of subcontractors and vendors on assigned projects.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Construction Engineering preferred or a BS in Engineering with relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a collaborative environment.
• Proficient in construction software (Procore preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Access to reliable transportation (required).

Responsibilities

• Promoting and ensuring site safety.
• Maintaining knowledge of the day to day field operations for assigned project(s).
• Planning, coordinating, sequencing work, procurement of materials, and supervising subcontractors and vendors.
