Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in overseeing each stage of the project.
• Review contract documents and assist in preparing the construction schedule.
• Prepare a four-week look-ahead schedule weekly for distribution.
• Ensure the project is built to code and project specifications.
• Monitor daily costs and make adjustments as needed.
