Job summary
Overland Corporation in Oklahoma is seeking a Field Engineer to assist in planning, organizing, and implementing project engineering and project control tasks in field operations. You will interpret drawings, perform quantity calculations, prepare work plans, assist in field surveying, and supervise field activities, contributing to on-time project delivery and safety compliance.
This role requires 2+ years in construction and strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to work
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years in construction field.
- Ability to direct CPM scheduling, unit man-hour performance, material control, estimating and subcontracts.
Responsibilities
- Assist in interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews.
- Perform quantity calculations from measurements and installed materials.
- Assist in preparation of work plans and work packages.
- Assist in field surveying, layout support, and as-built data compilation.
- Assist in compiling daily labor timesheets.
- Assist in Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
- Order and schedule material deliveries.
- Supervise field operations.
