Job summary

Overland Corporation is seeking a Field Engineer to support planning, organization, and execution of project engineering and field operations. The role focuses on coordinating with field crews, reviewing drawings, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and work packages.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a construction-related engineering field, at least two years of field construction experience, and proven ability to lead teams, manage schedules (CPM), and communicate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field of engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the construction field.
  • Must be able to direct the operations of scheduling – CPM, unit man-hour performance, material control, estimating and subcontracts.
  • Experience with leadership and management of people, communication (verbal and written), planning and organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize.
  • Previous field operations are preferred.

Responsibilities

LOCATION

Southern Oklahoma/North Texas


JOB SUMMARY

A Field Engineer plays a significant role in successful planning, organizing, and implementing project engineering and implementing project engineering and project control tasks.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


  • Assist in interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews and craft supervision.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
