Job summary

JHL Constructors in Englewood, CO is seeking a Field Engineer to support the project’s field management team in document control, change management, record keeping, scheduling, quality control, safety, and stormwater management. He/she will support the Superintendent and field staff in maintaining building control and quality control throughout the project construction process.

The Field Engineer will coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Management team for all material deliveries,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering or 2+ years civil construction experience.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office and Primavera P6.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications and manage project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of contract documents and changes during construction.
• Develop and maintain document control logs—submittals, RFI, ASI, change management.
• Assist in field layout support, safety, and stormwater compliance.
• Prepare meeting minutes and manage project progress records.
