Qualifications

• Experience in field engineering, surveying, and layout with self-perform concrete.
• Ability to read and understand plans.
• Technical understanding of residential construction including building codes, trade sequencing, and best building practices.
• Capable of problem solving and managing complex projects.
• Work with subcontractors, suppliers and city inspectors across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction field activities to meet milestone dates and schedules.
• Review blueprints, customer needs and contractor submissions to bid appropriately.
• Lead team with construction planning and site logistics development.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and safety guidelines.
• Maintain daily and weekly construction logs and coordinate all activities.
• Work with investors professionally and maintain client-facing relations.
• Ensure proper site signage and safety compliance.
• Review bids and supervise inspections; schedule on-site inspections.
• Maintain relationships with municipalities for future business.
