Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Experience in commercial construction and project engineering roles.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Familiarity with construction management software and scheduling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field activities to meet milestone and schedule dates.
• Review blueprints and contractor submissions to support bids and planning.
• Lead site logistics and team coordination for projects.
• Monitor subcontractors for quality workmanship and safety.
• Maintain daily/weekly logs and document control.
• Coordinate material procurement and RFIs to support schedules.
