Job summary

Michael Page US is partnering with a growth-focused construction organization to offer a fast-track path into Project Management in Ohio. You’ll support project teams on commercial healthcare, industrial, and education projects, gaining exposure to field and office activities.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in commercial construction on $5M+ projects, a related Bachelor's degree, and a drive to advance into leadership roles through structured training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial construction experience on projects valued at $5M+.
• Experience in healthcare, education, or industrial construction preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Exposure to scheduling, cost controls, estimating, or scope management is a plus.
• Proactive, positive, and motivated to grow into a future leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Assist in coordinating commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Participate in project scheduling, cost tracking, and construction administration activities.
• Visit project sites and collaborate with field teams to support successful execution.
• Engage in industry-leading training and professional development programs designed to accelerate career growth.
