Qualifications

• Experience reading and interpreting civil drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist field layout, quantity tracking, and coordination with subcontractors to ensure work aligns with drawings and specs.
• Prepare construction work plans, safe work plans, and shop drawings for approval.
• Support the Superintendent with daily field operations, scheduling, and reporting.
• Maintain daily reports, inspection logs, RFIs, submittals, and as-built documentation.
