Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4+ years relevant experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Doctorate degree in Engineering with 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Resident Engineer/PM in administration of construction contracts.
• Review contractor submittals for contract compliance.
• Maintain as-built records, project files, and reports.
• Monitor internal project controls and claims documentation.
• Process RFI, submittals, change orders, and other deliverables.
• Review inspector reports for conformance with plans and specs.
• Process monthly progress payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
