Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (related major or equivalent)
• 0–2 years of engineering or construction experience
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Interprets contract plans and specifications.
• Develops work plans and schedules for production.
• Performs laborer tasks as part of a crew (pipe, excavation, site cleanup, painting, maintenance).
• Documents projects via diary entries, photos, video, inspections, RFIs, reports, and CMiC logs.
• Assists in submissions, tracking, and final approvals.
• May assist in negotiation, pricing, and purchasing of parts/materials.
• Tracks quantities of work and input into billing.
• Supports safety initiatives and Home Safe Tonight program.
