Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or four years of construction management experience.
• 2+ years of Project Engineer experience in field projects.
• Experience with large commercial projects is preferred across healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, justice, and science facilities.

Responsibilities

• Interpret plans, specs, designs, shop drawings, and submittals; verify controls and installations for code compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, field supervision, and QA/QC teams to resolve nonconformance.
• Prepare RFIs, field design change requisitions, as-built drawings, status reports, punch lists, sketches, and quantity calculations.
• Support project planning and controls through quantity takeoffs, scheduling, logistics, and productivity tracking.
• Promote safe, environmentally responsible work site; participate in inspections and enforce safety programs.
• Prioritize multiple assignments, work independently, and communicate effectively at all levels.
