Valmet is seeking a Field Engineer to analyze customer needs and integrate Valmet products into customers' systems. The role includes leading DCS project work, performing analysis, design, and testing, and ensuring documentation and quality procedures are followed.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4–7 years of experience, with travel likely and proficiency in MS Office. On-site work with clients is expected as part of a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

As a Field Engineer you will analyze customer needs and seek solutions to customer design problems in order to integrate Company products into customers' systems or subsystems, apply current products to increase market penetration. Under supervision, performs analysis, implementation, testing, and documentation using application design documents and requirements specifications.
Note: Some travel required.
Knowledge Preferred: Process instrumentation, control and automation practices.
This position requires a valid driver’s license. Candidate must be authorized to work in the US and the position is not open for relocation.
