Valmet in the United States is seeking a Field Engineer to analyze customer needs and integrate Valmet products into client systems, applying current solutions to expand market penetration. You will work on DCS projects, handling analysis, design, implementation, testing and documentation under supervision.
Travel is noted; you must be electro-mechanically inclined with strong work ethic and proficient communication.

As a Field Engineer you will analyze customer needs and seek solutions to customer design problems in order to integrate Company products into customers' systems or subsystems, apply current products to increase market penetration. Under supervision, performs analysis, implementation, testing, and documentation using application design documents and requirements specifications.
Note: Some travel required.
Knowledge Preferred: Process instrumentation, control and automation practices.
To be successful in this role, you must be electro-mechanically inclined, self-guided, and have a strong work ethic.
This position requires a valid driver’s license. Candidate must be authorized to work in the US and the position is not open for relocation.
