MoveDocs is seeking an assertive and ambitious Firm Engagement Specialist to support law firm relationships and interactions with medical providers, reporting to the VP- Inside Sales. The role requires EST availability and CST hours, with responsibility for field support, issue escalation, demonstrations, and firm introductions.

Located in the United States, candidates should have experience in the medical or personal injury field, plus 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Medical or Personal Injury field required.
• High School graduate required; College degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred; strong relationship building skills a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent PC skills (email, MS Office including Word and Excel).
• High drive, motivation, and goal-orientation.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Be the point of contact for our Business Development Executives in the field.
• Be the level one-point person for law firm escalations related to medical matters on MoveDocs platform.
• Work with providers, firms, and operations to resolve ongoing issues quickly.
• Support firm growth by performing and supporting demonstrations of MoveDocs.
• Make active introductions to firms not on the platform.
• Handle incoming calls professionally with clear communication and follow-through.
• Maintain organized work with extreme attention to detail on all tasks.
• Provide back-up support for Directors and other Firm Engagement Specialists when needed.
