Responsibilities

• Supports installation, activation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of network and communications infrastructure across campus.
• Installs, updates, tests, supports, and documents copper, fiber, voice, data, and related systems to industry standards.
• Performs utility locates and supports closet buildouts and field work in hazardous or confined spaces.
• Responds to service incidents, analyzes basic voice and data issues, and participates in on-call rotation and after-hours support.
