Photon Brothers is hiring a Field Electrician to specialize in Tesla Powerwall installations and solar integration. Based at our Westminster, CO location, the role focuses on residential electrical work and energy storage solutions, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

You will install, test and commission Powerwall systems, perform panel upgrades, and ensure seamless integration with solar and grid connections. Travel to various job sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrician with a focus on residential electrical systems and energy storage solutions.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems including inverters, solar panels, energy storage solutions, and backup systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers professionally.
• High attention to detail, ensuring work is completed safely and to specifications.
• Must be able to travel to job sites and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Installation of Tesla Powerwall systems: Install, test, and commission Tesla Powerwall home battery systems to meet safety and quality standards.
• Electrical work: Perform general electrical tasks, including wiring, circuit breakers, grounding, and panel upgrades to accommodate Powerwall installations.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Powerwall with solar panels, grid connections, and backup power configurations.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to Solar and Tesla Powerwall installations.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure installations meet local electrical codes, Tesla specifications, and safety standards.
• Customer Interaction: Explain the installation process and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Documentation & Reporting: Complete jobsite documentation including safety reports, installation reports, and customer feedback.
