Job summary

RESA Power is seeking an Outside Sales professional to build and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, end users and utilities within the designated region. The role emphasizes growing the customer base, exceeding sales goals, and providing technical solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience, strong knowledge of switchgear and high voltage equipment, and proven ability to close opportunities while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• BS in related field; Minimum 5 years' experience and/or a combination of experience and education. Sales experience preferred.
• Strong product knowledge of multiple brand electrical switchgear and devices- control products and electrical distribution.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as NETA, NEC, OSHA and NFPA; experience with high voltage equipment up to 230 kV.
• Proven sales track record in growth, opportunities, and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer base and exceed sales goals monthly within assigned region.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, end users and utilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient customer transactions.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies and participate in events/trade shows.
• Schedule services and prepare work for field teams; communicate expectations clearly.
• Lead job planning, quotes, and profitable project execution.
