HM STAFFING SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial and industrial projects. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to read blueprints, coordinate schedules, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and NEC code.
• Ability to manage manpower and meet deadlines.
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead electrical crews on job sites
• Plan, schedule, and assign daily work activities
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors
• Order materials and manage job site inventory
• Maintain safety standards and conduct toolbox talks
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen
