Job summary

Vertiv is hiring Field Service Engineers to test, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical power distribution systems at customer data centers nationwide.

You'll spend your first 2 years in the field mastering switchgear testing through 15 kV, relay calibration, power system studies, and project management — while earning your NETA certification and building the technical + business foundation for long-term leadership.

Qualifications

• Electrical testing of switchgear and power distribution
• Experience with project management and coordinating field activities
• Ability to develop customer relationships and pursue business opportunities

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical power distribution systems at customer data centers nationwide
• Spend the initial 2 years in the field mastering switchgear testing through 15 kV, relay calibration, and power system studies
• Travel ~50% with flexible hours including weekends/night shifts
