Job summary

ASM is seeking a Senior Specialist I, EHS to implement and continuously improve Environmental, Health & Safety programs across service operations at ASM sites and customer locations.

The role requires field presence, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with site leadership to promote a proactive safety culture in semiconductor environments. Travel between ASM facilities and customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ASM EHS policies, standards, programs, and safety initiatives at assigned sites and customer locations.
• Lead field safety activities including safety walks and SMBWA.
• Coach supervisors and managers on EHS responsibilities and regulatory compliance.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and onboarding for Field Service Engineers.
