Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and client/public-agency relationship skills.
• Ability to prepare construction staking calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience reading civil, architectural and structural plans.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel to job sites.
• Knowledge of Riverside area codes and standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of construction bid documents and contracts.
• Manage construction projects and field coordination.
• Coordinate project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate design staff and prepare contracts.
• Develop fee proposals and scopes of work.
• Interact with clients and public agencies.
• Provide technical direction to field crews.
• Uphold high job-site safety standards.
