Job summary

Charter Communications, doing business as Spectrum, is seeking a Manager, Business Sales in Tempe to lead a high-performing B2B sales team, mentor Account Executives and drive growth in the small and mid-sized business market.

You will spend 80% in the field guiding your team and 20% in the office handling operations and administration, develop and maintain a comprehensive territory plan, and monitor individual sales goals with Spectrum’s systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecommunications product and services sales experience.
• 5+ years of business-to-business sales management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid state driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets.
• Spend 80% of time in the field, 20% in the office on admin tasks.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive territory plan and monitor goals.
• Resolve customer issues impacting sales operations and efficiency.
• Organize regular team meetings on tools, processes and product updates.
• Recruit, train and coach Account Executives and manage performance reviews.
• Oversee daily funnel activity and ensure accurate reporting of sales actions.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, market trends and competitive landscape.
