Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as Maintenance General Foreman or higher in heavy industrial/mining
• 2+ years managing maintenance budgets and cost controls
• 2+ years overseeing maintenance scheduling and workflows
• Experience with Zero-Based Budgeting and equipment reliability programs
• Strong safety record with ability to lead diverse teams
• Ability to adapt communication style for multiple audiences and align teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of mobile equipment maintenance ensuring adherence to standards
• Oversee field staff, contractors, and tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget
• Spend 40–60% of time in the field engaging crews and reinforcing safety culture
• Deploy key maintenance initiatives and ensure cross-team communication
• Ensure safe and healthy work environment through training and supervision
• Drive cost performance with monthly forecasting, variance analysis and budget accountability
• Manage contractor scopes, rates, and compliance with policies
• Collaborate across functions to meet and exceed monthly maintenance targets
