Honor in Culver City is seeking a Senior Manager, Market Growth & Operations to lead a local market with full P&L ownership. This field-heavy role will drive growth, client engagement, and caregiver retention while building a high-performing frontline team.

The position is hybrid, combining field work with leadership duties and strategic partnership development. You will own the sales cycle from referrals to conversion, manage day-to-day operations, and use data to inform actions and playbooks

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and scaling operations with direct ownership of frontline teams
• Experience succeeding in ambiguous, early-stage environments
• Data-driven with dashboards and root-cause analysis to identify performance gaps
• Mission-driven and people-first care mindset
• Proven leadership with coaching, accountability, and hands-on support

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and growth strategy for the market
• Lead local operations, client care, scheduling, and care delivery
• Build referral relationships with healthcare and community partners
• Develop and coach a multidisciplinary frontline team
