Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking a Managed Services Engineer to lead technical delivery for assigned client environments. You will provide multi-client support, manage incidents, perform proactive maintenance, and mentor the Service Desk team.

The role requires 3-5 years in servers, networks, and desktop support, with MSP experience preferred. You will work from our Indiana-based office with occasional travel to client sites and after-hours coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with servers, networks, desktops, and support environments.
• MSP experience is preferred, with emphasis on proactive service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365, AD, and network security basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class multi-client technical support and manage incidents.
• Mentor Service Desk staff and coordinate with clients on issues and resolutions.
• Monitor and maintain client systems, perform patching and proactive maintenance.
• Travel to remote client sites as needed and participate in after-hours support.
