Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in power plant/utility/industrial environment.
• Knowledge of maintenance, operations, and work management processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and field coordination.
• Experience with maintenance management systems and procurement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develops maintenance plans and work packets with detailed scope and materials.
• Coordinates maintenance schedules with operating and maintenance groups.
• Prioritizes environmental equipment maintenance to meet permits and procedures.
• Assists in budget and cost tracking for maintenance projects.
• Leads outages planning and coordinates with contractors and site leadership.
