Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Data Analytics and Test Engineer to support the Test and Training Group. The role combines data engineering with clear metric reporting, dashboards, and polished briefings for key stakeholders.

Regular on-site deployment to military test ranges (up to 25% travel) and hands-on field work are integral, with emphasis on real-time data capture, analysis, and actionable operational insights for customers.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant STEM field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in related field
• Familiarity with coding/scripting in Python, MATLAB, C#, or similar.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic and frequently changing test requirements.
• Strong analytical, inference, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate live display and analysis tools during active test events in real-time field environments.
• Collect, catalog, compile, and analyze live and post-mission test data.
• Create clear reports, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint briefings for customers.
• Develop software tools to aid in the analysis of data.
• Travel up to 25% for on-site field testing.
