AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Construction Project Manager for high-end residential hardscape construction in Sterling, MA. This role involves managing multiple projects worth between $40,000 and $800,000 and requires substantial fieldwork.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of project management experience in construction. Compensation includes a base salary of 100k-130k/year, company vehicle, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in civil construction, hardscape construction, or landscape construction.
• Ability to travel throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire, including occasional overnight travel.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and project logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-8 construction projects simultaneously from planning through completion.
• Coordinate project schedules and field operations.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and ensure project documentation is maintained.

Skills

Project management experience in civil construction
