Job summary

Northpoint Asset Management is seeking an hands-on Assistant Property Manager to oversee four small multifamily communities across Austin and Leander. This field-based role involves leasing apartments, inspecting properties, and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a huge plus and ownership mindset is valued. The candidate should have multifamily leasing experience, strong prospect follow-up, and familiarity with AppFolio.

Qualifications

• Past experience in multifamily leasing.
• Ability to tour properties and close leases.
• Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit four communities across Austin and Leander.
• Walk grounds, buildings, amenities, and vacant units to spot issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure completion of work.
• Conduct in-person property and unit tours and follow up with leads.
• Manage leasing process from inquiry through application and lease execution.
