Job summary

Blitzy is seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to work directly with client engineering teams in Greater Boston. You will embed with customers to revolutionize software development using Blitzy's innovative AI platform.

This hybrid role requires 3 days on-site in Quincy and 2 days at Blitzy's Cambridge headquarters. A successful candidate will have 4-10 years in software engineering, be fluent in multiple programming languages, and have experience in navigating complex technical environments to deliver transformative customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4‑10 years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production code.
• Deep understanding of modern software development practices (CI/CD, microservices, cloud architecture).
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customer teams during critical implementations, serving as their technical co‑pilot.
• Write production‑quality code to integrate Blitzy with existing enterprise systems.
• Drive successful POCs that expand into enterprise-wide deployments.

Skills

Fluency in multiple programming languages
