Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven sales experience in agricultural equipment or related industry is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage potential customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Promote and sell agricultural equipment and related products.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with sales admins to prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and community events to promote Great Plains’ products.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional events.
