Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
• Proven sales experience in agricultural equipment or related industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the sales territory.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage potential customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Promote and sell agricultural equipment and related products.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Prepare and present quotes, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and community events to promote Great Plains’ products and company.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
