Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking a Document Control Specialist to administer and manage the project document control system, logging, transiting, and distributing documents to project teams. The role requires coordinating with staff to improve efficiency and meet deadlines on a field construction project.

Onboard, you may need a Department of Energy Security Clearance (Q). This position is located on an active construction site in Blackfoot, ID, not remote, with strong emphasis on accuracy,

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing people in a document control setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced project environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and document control software.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and InEight is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reproduce documents, prepare reports and addendums.
• Maintain records of incoming transmittals and prepare outgoing transmittals.
• Ensure system documents are accurate and up to date.
• Oversee approval, maintenance and distribution of documents.
