Job summary

Miner Ltd., an OnPoint Company, seeks Service Professionals to troubleshoot, service and repair industrial door and dock equipment across North America. You will travel to sites, handle repairs and maintenance orders, and ensure safety standards are met in diverse environments.

The role offers growth through four levels, from Apprentice to Expert, with emphasis on hands-on learning, customer service, and reliable problem solving in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Ability to repair industrial facilities, including doors, loading docks, and dock-levelers.
• Welding, steel fabrication, and electrical skills encouraged; hydraulics and pneumatics experience welcome.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Clean driving record and valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, inspect, install and repair industrial equipment.
• Maintain work orders on paper and digitally.
• Operate a company vehicle to visit customer sites and ensure safety/OSHA compliance.
