Job summary

Miner Ltd. is seeking Service Professionals to perform hands-on maintenance and emergency repairs for industrial equipment at varied sites across North America. The role emphasizes autonomy, safety, and customer-focused service.

You will troubleshoot, install, repair and inspect equipment, with travel to different customer sites and a need to maintain both paper and digital work orders. Growth across four levels is provided, with opportunities to learn welding, hydraulic, and electrical skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience; focus on execution and impact to customers.
• Repair of doors, loading docks, and dock-leveler systems.
• Welding, steel fabrication and electrical troubleshooting are a plus.
• Ability to travel on the road for long hours with independent work.
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills required.
• Technical school training and OEM certifications are desirable but not required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on service and maintenance of industrial equipment at customer sites.
• Inspect, install, repair, and troubleshoot to meet safety and OSHA standards.
• Maintain work orders on paper and digitally as required.
• Operate company vehicle to visit multiple customer locations.
